LIST OF URGENTLY REQUIRED ITEMS
The NDMA has conveyed the following list of items along with their specifications urgently required for flood affectees:
• High energy biscuits only • Family tents (both normal as well as winterized) • Blankets • Plastic sheets • Mosquito Nets (preferably LLIN) • Water Purification equipment (preferably family straw) • Water Purification tablets/aqua tab • Medicines (detailed list shall follow) • Hygiene Kits, as per sphere standard, as per following specifications: • 10 liters water containers for storage: One per household • 250g bathing soap: Per person per month • 200g Laundry Soap: Per person per month • Tooth Paste 75ml/100g: 01 No. per person per month • Tooth Brush: 01 No. per person per month
• De-watering pumps, as per following specifications:
Performance: - Discharge range from 342-1500 m3/hr - Head range from 32 m – 43 m - Practical size range from 40mm – 70mm Pipe Connection - Suction range from 150mm – 300 mm - Discharge range from 150mm – 300 mm Fuel Tank: - Range from 130 – 320 Liters capacity
