Ambassador Rehman says Pakistan pursuing comprehensive program to ensure child health
Pakistan is pursuing a far-reaching program in partnership with all stakeholders as well as international friends to ensure health protection for children and put an end to preventable child deaths, Ambassador Sherry Rehman told a major conference in Washington. The ambassador said the PPP-led democratic government assigns a high priority to health as it follows a pro-people and pro-poor agenda as part of its vision for the country’s development.
